We're a UK-based Community Interest Company dedicated to broadening opportunities for artists, with a particular emphasis on fostering neurodiverse talent – a group that enriches our musical community immensely. Our support includes vital resources such as instruments, recording facilities, and distribution services. These initiatives are made possible through the generosity of our partners, including artists who contribute a small percentage of their streaming royalties from their tracks directly back to our projects.

Eric Healing - Founding Director
Eric formed Needle Jump Records CIC with a clear vision: to create unparalleled opportunities for neurodiverse musicians. Drawing on a significant background as a musician, he possesses an intrinsic understanding of the musical landscape. Crucially, Eric's comprehensive experience working within charities focused on neurodiverse adults has provided him with the expertise to build truly supportive and enabling environments. Under his direction, Needle Jump Records CIC is dedicated to nurturing talent with our community, fostering creativity, and ensuring neurodiverse artists are celebrated for their distinctive contributions to music.
