Our Gain Stage Programme is where raw talent meets technical precision. We believe that the best learning happens when the stakes are real, which is why we’ve built a bridge between the next generation of audio engineers and the untapped energy of local, emerging musicians. By bringing rising artists into student-led recording sessions, we create a high-value exchange: musicians receive polished, studio-quality tracks to fuel their momentum, while students gain the invaluable experience of capturing a professional performance. We aren't just tracking audio; we’re amplifying the future of our local scene, one session at a time.

Our not for profit model for releasing music
As part of our core purpose as set out above we work with talented individuals who need the support of other musicians to bring their music to the professional standard needed for release. As we are a not-for- profit record label we do not take any profit from projects that we work on and any revenues from steaming or physical media sales are paid to the artist we are supporting. A revenue split is commonly agreed for the musicians providing support to our artists.
Who are our supported artists?
We work with artists under our core aims by providing support to assist them in completing music projects. These may be songwriters, vocalists, instrumentalists, studio engineers or producers.
