Purpose Statement: Amplifying Neurodiverse Voices in Music
Our purpose is to empower neurodiverse artists to achieve their music creation aspirations. We achieve this by cultivating a supportive and inclusive community that provides tailored resources, mentorship, and opportunities. We work with neurodiverse and neurotypical musicians to provide a platform and the professional guidance needed to excel creatively, fostering a music landscape where neurodiversity is recognized, celebrated, and integrated as a powerful source of artistic innovation.
We are a non-profit Community of Interest Company.
Our not for profit model for releasing music
As part of our core purpose as set our above we work with talented individuals who need the support of other musicians to bring their music to the professional standard needed for release. As we are a not-for- profit record label we do not take any profit from projects that we work on and any revenues from steaming or physical media sales are paid to the artist we are supporting. A revenue split is commonly agreed for the musicians providing support to our artists.
Who are our supported artists?
We work with artists under our core aims by providing support to assist them in completing music projects. These may be songwriters, vocalists, instrumentalists or producers.
Who are our supporting artists?
These are artists in the music community that support our cause and are willing contribute their services on a revenue share basis. As such, to protect our not for profit status, we generally do not work on a traditional paid session basis.
